Independence Automotive is owned by Peter Cherfane, a military veteran and passionate technician who works in the shop every day alongside his team.
Peter grew up in the heart of Cherry Hill, NJ. He joined the Army back in 2006 as a vehicle recovery specialist working on trucks, tanks and more to ensure the safety of others. He spent time on active duty in Iraq until he returned home almost 3 years later. He followed in the footsteps of his uncle Fadi, who operates Elite Auto Service in Pennsauken. His love for helping others and passionate for repairing cars led him to open Independence Auto!
